Checking fixture

A checking fixture, also known as a gauge or inspection fixture, is a specialized tool used in manufacturing and quality control processes to verify the dimensional accuracy, tolerances, and assembly of a workpiece. Unlike welding fixtures that are primarily used during the fabrication process, checking fixtures are employed after the manufacturing or assembly to ensure that the final product meets design specifications.
